Sleep issues are unbelievably common and most of us suffer from them at some point in life!
I've dealt with burnout, lack of deep sleep,  anxiety, and focus for a long time. but over time  I learned why deep sleep is so important and how it activates many healing pathways that impact our well-being, and how to deal with these underlying causes.
once I understood the root cause of insomnia, restorative sleep, and the key elements that impact sleep and
dealt with the hallmarks of insomnia and learned simple natural healing solutions I felt better.
I was so shocked that no one was talking about the healing benefits of sleep so I made it my mission to share the healing powers of  deep sleep

Now I want to share nuggets of wisdom with those going through this journey so they would not have to feel alone and unnecessarily suffered the long road it took me to get here!
